From Amazon Scrolling to Sleep Success: Finding the Right Path for Your Baby's Sleep

The Night I Had $300 Worth of Baby Sleep Products Sitting in My Amazon Cart
It was 2am.
I had already been awake once that night for over an hour with my oldest daughter, finally got her back to sleep… and then she woke up again.
So there I was, sitting in the dark feeding her, exhausted and emotional, doing what so many tired parents do at 2am:
Scrolling Amazon looking for anything that promised more sleep.
I started adding everything to my cart.
Swaddles that guaranteed longer stretches.
Books claiming they could “fix” sleep in 3 days.
Sound machines with lullabies, white noise, glowing lights, and little fish swimming across the ceiling.
Night lights that changed colors.
Sleep sacks.
Blackout curtains.
Probably a humidifier too if I’m being honest.
Because when you’re exhausted enough, every product starts sounding like the thing that will finally solve it.
Click. Add to cart.
Click. Add to cart.
And before I knew it, I had over $300 worth of baby sleep products sitting in my cart.
Then I stopped.
Because spending $300 on things that might help?
That felt like a gamble.
And I’m really not a gambler.
What I realized in that moment — even though I couldn’t fully put words to it yet — was that I didn’t actually need more stuff.
I needed clarity.
I needed someone to tell me:
what was normal
what was actually causing the wake-ups
what was worth changing
and where to even start
Because baby sleep is overwhelming when you’re in it.
There’s so much conflicting information online. One article says your baby is overtired. Another says undertired. One Instagram reel says never feed to sleep. Another says it’s biologically normal and you should never stop.
Meanwhile you’re functioning on broken sleep trying to make the “right” decision while reheating your coffee for the fourth time.
That’s a huge part of why I created my Sleep Reset Call.
Not because I think families need another “magic fix.”
And honestly? Not because every family needs a huge, intensive package right away either.
Sometimes parents just need a starting point.
For $125, we sit down together and figure out what’s actually going on with your child’s sleep. I help you understand the patterns, what’s realistic for your child’s age and temperament, and what changes are likely to make the biggest difference.
No guessing.
No panic-buying products at 2am.
No trying twelve different things from TikTok in the same week.
Just a clear plan and real support from someone who’s been there.
And if you need more support afterward, great — we can build from there. But sometimes that one conversation is enough to help parents finally exhale and feel less stuck.
Because exhausted parents don’t need more pressure.
They need support.
They need clarity.
And sometimes they just need someone to say, “This is hard, but you’re not failing.”
If you’ve ever had an absurd amount of baby sleep products sitting in your Amazon cart at 2am… trust me, you are very much not alone. 💛
