Best for families or individuals who want a customized plan with light guidance and feel comfortable implementing it independently

Investment: $450 (or $325 after Sleep Reset Call Credit)

  • One week of unlimited email and text support (6:00 am to 11:00 pm)

  • An upgraded fully written out sleep plan

  • Dedicated sleep plan training so you feel confident moving forward

  • One additional Zoom meeting to chat and troubleshoot as needed
